Conveyance & Title: Seller will provide the Buyer a Warranty Deed, conveying title free and clear of all encumbrances. Seller shall provide an owner’s policy of title insurance. The cost of the owner’s title insurance will be shared equally between Seller and Buyer.
Closing Date & Possession: Sale closing shall be on or before Friday, December 19, 2014. Landlord possession will be given at date of closing, full possession at expiration of leases.
