CharterWest Bank is immediately seeking to fill a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service position located at 714 N Diers Avenue in Grand Island, NE.

Employee will be responsible for assisting Loan Officers and performing receptionist duties. This may include also include, but not limited to:
– Provide excellent customer service.
– Assist mortgage loan officer with loan files and related documentation.
– Comply with bank policies and procedures.
– Other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have:
– Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
– Customer service experience.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Competence with computers, telephone systems, 10-key calculator and other office equipment.
– The ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced environment.
– Careful attention to detail and time management.
– Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
