About Me
With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Tambri has had the privilege of helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. Originally from Nebraska, she returned home after working as a collections officer for a bank in Kansas and joined CharterWest Bank Mortgage Center in September 2011. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in nearly every part of the mortgage process, including the lock desk, processing, closing, and loan origination. That well-rounded background allows her to understand every step of the loan process and anticipate challenges before they become obstacles for her clients.
Tambri believes getting a mortgage shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Her goal is to make the process as simple, transparent, and stress-free as possible by keeping clients informed, answering questions honestly, and providing guidance every step of the way. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, building a dream home, refinancing, or navigating a unique financial situation, she is committed to finding the loan solution that best fits their needs, both today and for the future.
Over the years, Tambri has helped a wide variety of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, veterans, rural homeowners, self-employed individuals, and families purchasing everything from starter homes to forever homes. One piece of advice she shares with nearly every client is to speak with a lender before beginning the home search. Getting prequalified early provides confidence, helps buyers understand their options, and puts them in the best position when they find the right home.

Outside of work, Tambri and her husband enjoy cheering on their two sons at sporting events, attending 4-H activities, spending time with family, camping, and enjoying life in Northeast Nebraska. She values the lasting relationships she builds with her clients, and there’s no greater compliment than earning the trust of those who refer their family and friends. Helping people achieve homeownership isn’t just her career, it’s her passion.
