About Me

With 29 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Eric has built his career around two things he enjoys most: working with numbers and building relationships with people. He believes every client is more than a loan application, taking the time to get to know each person and provide guidance tailored to their unique goals.

Known for his accessibility and hands-on approach, Eric personally manages the loan process from start to finish. Whether it’s answering questions, sending a quick text update, or walking clients through each step, he believes communication and honesty are the foundation of a smooth mortgage experience. His advice to every borrower is simple: be upfront about both the good and the bad. Open communication helps ensure the best possible outcome.

Eric has experience with a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, NIFA, and financing options for self-employed borrowers. No matter the situation, his goal is to make the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

When he’s not helping clients, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, with family always coming first. He’s also a sports enthusiast who has experienced some unforgettable moments, including watching the U.S. compete in the World Cup and seeing Derek Jeter hit his iconic walk-off home run in Game 4 of the 2001 World Series.
