ACH Manager
ACH Manager is an ACH transfer service provided in conjunction with CharterBiz Online Banking to:
Reduce check writing and invoice preparation with scheduled payments to and from vendors, employees, customers, and more.
Originate ACH transfers for payroll management, bank to bank transfers, collecting pre-authorized payments, tax payments, and more.
Setup recurring ACH transfers or templates.
Import ACH files (NACHA formatted) from your own software to process via Online Banking.
Require review and approval of ACH transfers before processing by multiple users (dual verification).
Wire Manager
Send funds quickly
Streamline the process of initiating outgoing domestic wires (in US currency) by sending them through Online Banking
Create templates for faster and convenient processing of repeat wires
Process wires accurately and securely with dual verification (required security practice)
Receive notifications on your wire transfer activity
Transaction Authorization
Transaction Authorization is a Positive Pay service provided in conjunction with CharterBiz Online Banking to quickly identify altered, duplicate, or counterfeit checks reducing potential losses caused by check fraud!
Positive Pay examines checks presented for payment with the initial company-issued checks so you can make decisions to pay or return the items. You simply import a positive pay file (containing the check item information) via Online Banking when the checks are issued. The system then looks at check features like account number, amount, and check number for suspicious items and any variations in the checks when they are presented for payment.
E-Alerts
Receive real-time activity alerts for your accounts. E-Alerts are a fast and convenient way to keep you up-to-date on your account activity. Enjoy peace of mind wherever you go! Monitor account balances and activity, get deposit and withdrawal notifications, control security alerts, reduce fraud, and more. You can choose your preferred delivery methods and alerts based on balances, loans, debit cards, security, transactions, and transfers.

Text Message/SMS alerts will come from the 5-digit code 41952. Email alerts will come from alerts@charterwest.com.
To get started with E-Alerts (after logging in):
Click on the Alerts menu in the upper right-hand corner
Click the Contact Options button to setup and activate your email address(es) and/or Mobile Phone Number(s)
Click the Alert Options button to setup the alerts you wish to receive, set the criteria, and pick your delivery method(s)
You may choose to setup the same alert for multiple delivery methods.
