Nothing is more rewarding to him than seeing the excitement on a first-time homebuyer’s face as they receive the keys to their new home.
As a veteran, Dan is especially passionate about serving those who have served our country. He takes great pride in helping veterans achieve their homeownership goals and continues to work closely with Nebraska Veteran Service Officers as a trusted referral partner.
Whether assisting first-time buyers, veterans, or repeat homeowners, he is committed to finding the right financing solution while helping clients make informed financial decisions. One piece of advice he shares often is to choose a home payment that fits comfortably within your budget, not simply the maximum amount you qualify for.
Outside of the office, Dan enjoys golfing and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. A cancer survivor with a positive outlook on life, he’s also known for his collection of more than 50 Hawaiian-style golf shirts. His goal is simple: to provide expert guidance, genuine care, and a relationship that lasts well beyond the closing table.
