Dave has 30+ years of banking experience and has been full-time active in mortgage lending for 25+ years. Dave focuses on developing relationships and positioning his customers in the right mortgage loan product based on their individual needs. He originates secondary market loans to purchase or refinance a primary residence, second home, or investment property.
Dave enjoys assisting all home buyers; ranging from that excitement from helping a first time home buyer purchase their first home to someone purchasing their forever home! Dave also enjoys assisting potential customers who need assistance with various issues in preparing to purchase a home.
Dave believes mortgage lending is 100% a people business, and the best way to build that trust with clients is to work with them to understand their goals and wishes. Technology today offers many different mediums to build a relationship with the borrowers; in person and online.
A native of Omaha, NE, Dave attended Roncalli Catholic High School, and Creighton University. Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and his four grown children. He loves watching many different sporting events in person and cheering their successes. His goal is to attend a Super Bowl in person, with one of his favorite teams playing. Dave also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
