Born and raised on a farm in Albion, Kerri Waugh is a small town girl with a passion for helping homeowners in rural Nebraska. Kerri, her husband and 2 kids currently live in McCook Nebraska where they are active in their church and local chamber of commerce. They also spend time volunteering and sponsor families for the Adopted Athlete Program through McCook Community College.
Previously a small business owner, Kerri understands the intricacies of getting a loan when your income is a little more complicated. She enjoys working with first time home-buyers to educate them on the process and helping others move up to their dream home. No matter your situation, Kerri is here to help.
