I have been recognized by NIFA, a Nebraska state agency, as a top producer and the Number One Lender in outstate Nebraska for their First-Time Homebuyer loan program. In 2015, I became the only lender ever inducted into the NIFA Hall of Fame for my dedication to their program and a consistent high production.
