Born and raised in Northeast Nebraska, Tambri Paulsen is a country girl specializing in rural Nebraska lending. With over 11 years in the industry, she has the experience to get you into either your first or second home or possibly refinance your current home.
With a passion for keeping small town going, Tambri works to offer many loan products perfect for rural communities such as USDA 100% financing, Conventional, FHA and VA financing. She also has access to NIFA first time homebuyer programs that offer little to no down payment options.
When she’s not in the office, Tambri, along with her husband and two kids enjoy 4 wheeling, camping and raising sheep.
