CharterWest Bank is immediately seeking to fill a full-time Ag/Commercial Loan Officer position located in West Point, NE.

The employee will be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer information to make sound lending decisions. This may include:
– Responsible for credit management and underwriting portfolio
– Comply with bank policies and procedures.
– Monitor loan activities to ensure compliance and performance
– Develop new customer relationships while maintaining and servicing existing customers
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have:
– Prefer 3-5 years of lending experience
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency with computers, telephone systems, 10-key calculator and standard office equipment
– Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
– The ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced environment
– Critical attention to detail and strong time management
